Steps
- Go to Campaigns from the main navigation
- Create a new campaign or open an existing one in the campaign editor
- Set a Welcome Gift — this is the reward for the referee (the friend who joins)
- Add one or more milestone rewards on the reward ladder — these go to the referrer as they hit referral counts
- Set the details (name, description) for each reward
- Save your campaign
Outcome
Both sides are rewarded — the friend gets the Welcome Gift for joining, and the referrer earns milestone rewards as their referrals add up, creating a win-win that drives more referrals.

- The Welcome Gift appears on the referral link landing page — it’s the first thing a new customer sees, so make it compelling to boost conversion from link click to signup
