Effective Date: April 2026

This Beta Tester Agreement (“Beta Agreement”) is between Dorfer Tech Corp (“LeadBounty” or “we”) and you (“Beta Tester”).

1. Beta Access

We are providing you with free or discounted access to the LeadBounty Platform until the end date communicated to you by email (“Beta Period”).

2. Your Obligations

In exchange for free or discounted access during the Beta Period, you agree to:

• Use the Platform actively and regularly.
• Provide honest and timely feedback when reasonably requested by LeadBounty (including surveys, bug reports, feature suggestions, or short calls/interviews).

3. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your beta access at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You become inactive, or
• You do not provide reasonable feedback when asked.

You may stop using the beta version at any time by notifying us.

4. “As Is” Provision

The Platform is provided “as is” during the Beta Period and may contain bugs or change frequently. We make no guarantees regarding performance, features, or availability.

5. Relationship to Main Terms

This Beta Agreement supplements our General Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict during the Beta Period, this Beta Agreement takes priority.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable Canadian law.

By using LeadBounty during the Beta Period, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Beta Tester Agreement.
