Invite staff members to scan and redeem rewards, and manage who has Scanner access — all from your Team page.
Steps
- Open the user menu in the top-right corner and click Team
- In the Invite a scanner form, enter the staff member’s email address
- Click Invite — they receive an email to set their password
- The invited member appears in your Scanners list
- Use the list to resend an invite or remove a member’s access at any time
- Once they set their password, they can log in to the Scanner app and redeem rewards for your business
Outcome
A managed team of staff with Scanner access — each with their own login, limited strictly to scanning and claiming rewards.
Tips
- Scanners can’t see customer data, analytics, or settings — their access is limited to reward redemption
- A staff member can belong to multiple businesses and switch between them inside the Scanner app
- Remove access promptly when someone leaves — it takes effect on their next login
