Sync your Lightspeed Retail (X-Series) customers and send batch welcome emails to invite them into your referral program.

Steps

1. Go to Integrations from the main navigation
2. Find Lightspeed Retail under Available integrations
3. Click Activate on the Lightspeed card
4. You will be redirected to Lightspeed to authorize the connection
5. Grant LeadBounty permission to access your customer data
6. Wait for the initial sync to complete
7. Your Lightspeed customers will appear in the Customers section
8. Optionally, send batch welcome emails to onboard them into your referral program

Outcome

Your Lightspeed Retail customer database is synced into LeadBounty — ready to be activated as referrers with one click.

Tips

• After connecting, send batch welcome emails to convert imported customers into active referrers
• Lightspeed data stays in sync — new Lightspeed customers are automatically imported
